Customers are requested to read the terms and conditions carefully.
- Bengal Shopping is not responsible for any color or quality disgrace of the products or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Website.
- Bengal Shopping is not responsible for any delay in product delivery caused by the courier service.
- Products cannot be returned after delivery. If the customer is not satisfied he/she can request for return.
- This Website is only a platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger base to buy and sell products.
- Customer may request for cancellation of the order within 3 days from the date order is placed if products are not shipped or packed.
- Customer will get full refund from us if the order is not processed for shipping or packing.
- You may request for the replacement of the product within 15 days and products and packages should be 100% undamaged. Courier charges are borne by the customer.
- Don’t accept the product box if the seal is broken and damaged. If you still receive it with out our concern then it will be your responsibility.
- If customer has received any damaged product they can send that back to us, courier charges are borne by the customer. Refund will be done depending on the damaged product condition.
- Bill/Invoice will be provided on purchase of only the products that have warranty provided by the manufacturer (Example : Electronic Items, Computer Parts etc).
- No bill/invoice is provided for non-warranted products for example beauty or cosmetics products etc.
- Generally We deliver products with in 4-5 days of purchase. But it may take upto 15 days or more for some special cases.
- If Customer received the Package in a good condition and if we have the proof of the items shipped then no compaint will be valid for missing products if any.
- If customer not receiving the delivery person's call and we can't deliver the parcel then it may happen we charge more from the customer for double delivery charges.
- If customer refused any COD Order then We may blacklist that customer & that customer never will be eligible for COD Order from us.
- If We can't deliver the products to a customer for any reason from customer side like not available or any other personal reason then We may deduct more money for delivery charges and products charges if refunded or reschedule the delivery.
